Terms of Service

1. The service

Togable builds chatbots from a plain-language description using AI, hosts them and connects them to Telegram, Instagram Direct and WhatsApp accounts that the customer owns.

2. Your account and channels

• You connect only accounts and phone numbers you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for what your bot says and does, for the data it collects and for having a lawful basis to message end users.
• You keep your login secure; actions under your account are yours.

3. Acceptable use

• Follow the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, WhatsApp Business and Commerce Policies and Telegram's terms.
• No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive or illegal content, malware, or impersonation. WhatsApp business-initiated messages only with the recipient's opt-in and through approved templates.
• No attempts to access other customers' bots or data or to bypass limits.

4. AI output

Bot code and answers are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Check your bot before relying on it for important decisions.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans are described on the pricing section of the site. Usage limits apply per plan. Fees already paid are refunded only where required by law.

6. Third-party platforms

Telegram, Instagram and WhatsApp are third-party services. Their availability, rules and decisions (for example, limiting an account) are outside our control.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend a bot or account that breaks these terms or the platforms' policies. You can delete your bots and account at any time.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
