How to delete the data Togable holds about you or your connected Instagram or WhatsApp account.

If you are a Togable customer

Disconnect a channel: open the bot in Togable → Channels → Disconnect. The access token is deleted immediately, message records of the channel within 30 days.
Delete a bot: the bot, its database, files and connected channels are deleted.
Delete your account: write to us from the email of your account.

If you connected Instagram

Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites → Togable → Remove. Meta notifies us automatically; we delete the token and the data of that account and give Meta a confirmation code you can check on this page.

If you wrote to a business's bot

The business decides what its bot keeps. You can ask the business directly, or write to maik.meta2004@gmail.com with the channel (Instagram username or WhatsApp number) and the bot's name — we will delete your messages within 30 days.
