FAQ
Can I sell cakes or delivery for Stars?
No: Telegram rules allow Stars only for digital goods and services (subscriptions, lesson access). For physical goods use Payme, Click, YooKassa or payment on delivery.
Where do the Stars go and how do I withdraw them?
To the bot’s balance. Only the Telegram account you created the bot with can see it — in the bot’s profile or in @BotFather. Each payment becomes available after 21 days: withdraw via Fragment (about $0.013 per Star) or spend it on ads for the bot in Telegram. Togable takes nothing from these payments.
How do I test a Stars payment?
Stars have no test mode — the check is real and Stars are spent. Pay yourself, then refund the payment: ask the agent to add a refund command for you. The Stars come back to your account in full. Without a refund they simply land on your own bot’s balance.
Can I connect it from a phone?
Yes, every step works on a phone.
